In the Autumn of 2010 I went to see cypress trees in Caddo Lake. It was my first trip there, because, I have been facinated by this ancient trees it was very happy to be there. I rented a boat to go to the swamp but it rained and I had to find another place to get closer to them. I took a road in the Caddo Lake Park that took me near the fishing pier. I was delight to see that I came into a side of the lake where I could go near the trees. It was an overcast day and I could feel a soft breeze. All the elements were there in place... a perfect day in the swamp.

Welcome to Iris Greenwell Photography! I was born in Panama City, Panama. I specialize in outdoor and nature photography. I love wandering around in the forest photographing color, shapes and texture as well as mood, mystery and beauty in nature.
