About Iris Greenwell
Welcome to Iris Greenwell Photography! I was born in Panama City, Panama. I specialize in outdoor and nature photography. I love wandering around in the forest photographing color, shapes and texture as well as mood, mystery and beauty in nature. Since 2009, I have been a freelance photographer, educator and digital technician. I live in Moore, Oklahoma with my son Jason and husband Don, and two dogs Jack and Daisy. Hi Iris...I like this image very much, Although it is similar to the Majestic Waterfall image this one is quite different. You really have a nice touch with these images, The light and exposure/speed is perfect. I will have to see this area someday. Job well done....looks like a master painted this scene in oils....What time of year is best for waterfalls in Arkansas? Bob

Hi Bob, Thank you very much for your nice comment. Yes, the best time to go to Arkansas is springtime. The waterfalls are full and beautiful. We have a very dry summer so I don't think they will be pretty in fall. We will see how this lack of rain affected them.
